Care Instructions

Use cold water, gentle handling, complete air drying, and low-friction storage to protect the belt's fit, stitching, rank details, and custom embroidery.

01

Let moisture out before storage

Remove the belt from the training bag after every session. Let it air out and dry fully before folding or storing it in a closed space.

02

Hand wash in cold water

Follow the care label and wash gently in cold water. Wash with similar colors and avoid harsh bleach or stain treatments that can affect rank color, bar color, labels, and thread.

03

Air dry instead of machine drying

Reshape the belt while damp, lay it flat or hang it with full support, and allow it to dry naturally. Do not machine dry when preserving length and structure matters.

04

Heat can change the fit

Cotton can shrink, and hotter washing or drying increases that risk. Choose the correct size before customization and avoid using heat as a sizing method.

05

Protect embroidery and patches

Do not scrub, twist, or wring directly across stitched text, artwork, labels, or rank details. Smooth the customized area after washing and let it dry without a heavy fold across the stitching.

06

Build a routine around use

Follow your academy's hygiene guidance and the product care label. If the belt is washed, give it enough time to dry completely before the next session so moisture is not trapped in the fabric.

What to know

How often should I wash my belt?

Follow your academy's hygiene rules and the care label. After every session, remove the belt from the bag and let it dry fully even when it is not being washed.

Can I use a washing machine or dryer?

Hand washing in cold water and air drying are the recommended methods. Machine drying and high heat can change the belt's length, feel, and embroidery finish.

Will a cotton belt shrink?

Cotton can shrink, especially with warm or hot water and machine drying. Avoid heat and use the size guide before ordering rather than planning to shrink the belt.

When is the belt ready to store?

Store it only after the fabric, bar, labels, and embroidery are completely dry. A ventilated area is preferable to a closed training bag.

Check fit before customizing

Review belt size guidance before choosing embroidery placement and final order details.
