Order support
Plan for processing, production, and carrier transit as separate stages. Rates, tracking, customs, and destination restrictions can affect the final delivery timeline.
Before dispatch
Standard orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Customized orders may also require artwork review and production before carrier transit begins.
Kanjibrand uses FedEx for international delivery. Shipping methods and rates are calculated at checkout from the order, destination, and available service. Some destinations or products may have shipping restrictions.
A shipping confirmation email with tracking is sent after the carrier receives the order. The delivery estimate shown by the carrier starts after dispatch and can change while the parcel is in transit.
Import duties, taxes, customs clearance, remote-area service, and handoff to a local carrier depend on the destination. Charges assessed by the destination country are the recipient's responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.
Orders ship to the address submitted at checkout. If an address is incomplete or needs to change, contact support immediately with the order number. A change cannot be guaranteed after processing or dispatch begins.
For a lost or damaged shipment, contact support with the order number, tracking number, packaging photos, and clear photos of any damage. Keep the original packaging while the carrier review is open.
Common questions
No. Carrier transit begins after any required artwork review, embroidery, and order production are complete.
Tracking is emailed after the order has shipped. A label or order confirmation by itself does not mean the parcel is already moving with the carrier.
Carrier coverage, remote-area limits, local service cost, or product restrictions can make some routes unavailable. Contact support before ordering if checkout does not show a method.
