Shipping and Returns
- We offer fast international shipping using FedEx.
- Order processing and production time is approximately 3-5 business days. However, shipping times will vary based on your location.
- Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your order total, shipping destination and rates provided by FedEx.
- The shipping cost covers packaging and handling and we also provide a gift-box for the belt.
- A tracking number will be provided to you once your order has been shipped.
- In the event that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us and we will do our best to help you resolve the issue.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
At Kanji, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied, or would like to return your order, we are happy to accommodate your request under the following conditions:
- Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 20 days of receiving the order.
- Customers must notify us via email before returning or exchanging an item. Please include the original invoice and a note stating the reason for your return or exchange.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with the original packaging.
- Custom embroidered belts cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on used or damaged items, under any circumstance.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for shipping the items back to our store.
- We do charge a 20% restocking fee on all returns, minus the shipping/handling rate.
- Refunds will be processed within 4-8 days after we receive the items back and they pass our quality check.
- Refunds will be made to the original form of payment (credit card or PayPal).
- We are happy to exchange items that are still brand new, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Please include a copy of the original invoice and a note specifying the item you would like to exchange for.
- We do not charge a restocking fee on exchanges, but a re-shipping fee will apply to send the new item back to the customer.
