Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, however in the unlikely event you are not satisfied or simply would like to return your order please do so within 20 days of receiving the order. Please let us know via email you will be returning your order or part of your order. Please include the original invoice/packing slip that was included inside of the box with order and a note stating that this is a return. This ensures a much faster refund. If the package shows up and we have no other information, it could cause a delay in your refund. We will take a 20% re-stocking fee minus the ship/handling rate on all returns. All returns must be in the same condition they were sent in (unused, unwashed, unaltered and with original packaging).  WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURN OR EXCHANGE CUSTOM EMBROIDERED BELT.  We also do not accept returns on used or damaged items, under any circumstance, sorry! Shipping is not refundable and we do not pay for shipping an order back. Once we have received merchandise We issue refunds back to your credit card or paypal depending on the form of transaction, for the purchase price of the item minus 20% within 4-8 days(sorry shipping non refundable). PLEASE WRITE ON THE INVOICE THE REASON FOR YOUR RETURN.

Exchange Policy - We can make exchanges on items that are still brand new, unused, unwashed, have original packaging and can be sold for full price. Send item back to our store in San Diego with copy of original invoice and a note stating what you prefer instead. We do not take a 20% re-stocking fee on exchanges. However, we will charge you a re-ship fee to send back the product to your location. Customer will be responsible for send items back to our location for returns & exchanges.
